返品・交換について | Returns Policy



For the return of goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Company specifies otherwise, will be accepted only when you email us at a service@terracomo.com within 10 days after delivery. 



Members in accordance with the procedures the Company specifies otherwise, and shall perform the return of the goods. If the goods were returned goods in a different method instruction, we can not respond to pick up of the goods.

お客様は当社より連絡する発送方法に従い、商品の返送を行うものとします。 商品が指示と異なった方法でご返品された場合、当社はその商品の引き取りには応じかねます。

For returned goods, we accept in the case of the reasons attributable to our responsibility, such as defective or incorrect delivery. At that time, postage and our burden. 

返品については、不良品や誤配送など当社の責めに帰すべき理由の場合に承ります。 その際、送料は当社負担とします。 イメージが違う等の理由による返品は一切承っておりませんのであらかじめご了承ください。 

Items purchased in a "surprise sale" or "special sale" or "flash sale" or "sale" are ineligible for return or exchange. The sale items are clearly marked on the website.


At this time we are able to process returns and exchanges for international orders. International customers wishing to reorder an item should submit their original order for return and place a separate order for the new item.


Please note: Free returns apply to U.S. orders only. If the items are defective or the items are delivered wrongly, terracomo.com will pay all return shipping fees. In all other international orders, customers are required to pay shipping fee. For customers in Japan, please return the items to 6-9-21 Midori-cho Kasukabe-shi Saitama Japan 344-0063.

If your exchange or return does not arrive back to us, WaterlilyLA.com must be notified within 10 days from the day the items were shipped by you.


If you do not notify terracomo.com within 15 days that your order did not arrive, no refund or replacement will be given. To avoid any issues with missing packages, please inform us with in 2 weeks of of receipt of order confirmation email. 




To return or exchange any items you purchased, please email us at service@terracomo.com (Available in Japanese). Pack merchandise in its original packaging, just as you received it. We will send you the return form by email. Place the merchandise and completed return form, and send them to the return address stated above.

We do not require a return authorization number. Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange. Your refund should appear in your account within three to five business days of receiving your email confirmation. For exchanges, any differences in price will be either charged or refunded to the credit card on file unless requested otherwise.
